Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of voidstar.in and, at a summary level, your purchase of VoidStar hardware or subscription to the VoidStar cloud service. Order-specific terms confirmed at the time of purchase take precedence over this summary.
1. Using this website
This site is provided to inform you about VoidStar's products and to let you request a quote. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access data, systems or accounts you're not authorised to access.
2. Hardware purchases
Shutter Security and Home Security are sold as one-time hardware purchases and operate over your own SIM card — VoidStar does not manage or bill for GSM service on these devices. Final pricing and delivery terms are confirmed with you directly at the time of order.
3. Cloud subscription
Shutter Cloud Security and Home Cloud Security require an active VoidStar subscription (Starter, Business or Enterprise) to dispatch alerts. Billing is logged manually by our team based on your selected plan. If a subscription lapses, cloud-connected devices may lose the ability to dispatch alerts until it's renewed.
4. Warranty
VoidStar hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period confirmed at the time of purchase. Contact us for current warranty terms before ordering.
5. Limitation of liability
VoidStar hardware and cloud dispatch are aids to your existing security practices, not a guarantee against loss, damage or intrusion. To the extent permitted by law, VoidStar is not liable for losses arising from a missed, delayed or failed alert, including those caused by network outages, GSM signal loss, WiFi outages, or third-party call/SMS/email delivery failures outside our control.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
